Service agreement

Please read and sign below. This is a binding agreement between you and ProFlex Media.

ProFlex Media — Kit Management Agreement

Effective at the date you sign below.

  1. Appointment. You appoint ProFlex Media as your non-exclusive agent to list, market, hire out, and manage the equipment listed in Step 2 (the "Kit").
  2. Ownership. You retain full ownership of the Kit at all times. ProFlex Media holds it in bailment for the purposes of hire.
  3. Insurance. Cover for owner-held Kit is being finalised with our broker. The specific cover, limits and insurer for your Kit will be confirmed to you in writing, and must be agreed by both parties, before we collect anything. You warrant the values declared in Step 2 are accurate.
  4. Management fee. ProFlex Media retains 36% of the hire price (Hygglo's 20% platform fee is charged first). You keep 55% of the net hire fee, paid to you monthly in arrears via Stripe.
  5. Damage & loss. ProFlex Media is responsible for the Kit from handover to return. Damage or loss is handled under the cover confirmed for your Kit at onboarding, and you agree to cooperate with any resulting claim.
  6. Term & termination. This agreement runs month-to-month. Either party may terminate on 14 days' written notice. On termination, the Kit is returned to you in its pre-hire condition.
  7. Data. We hold your details and the Kit record securely for the duration of the agreement and 6 years after, as required for tax and insurance records.

Payout setup

Setup note: Replace this placeholder with Stripe Connect Express OAuth. In portal.js, set STRIPE_CLIENT_ID and direct the button to your Stripe OAuth URL. The redirect URI should return to this page with a code param.
